This 3-week program is designed to be the next level up from “The Foundation” program. Developmentally it is intended for older student-athletes ranging from ages 12-14. The primary focus of this program is to increase the athleticism of each individual player. The sessions will encompass higher levels of strength, power, flexibility, and endurance components catering to a specific sport. Athletes will learn proper technique as they learn to use free weights and machines weights to develop the skill to achieve their athletic goals.

Progression (Sports Performance Training for intermediate Middle School athletes) ages 12-14

Thanksgiving Break Promotion (2- 60-minute Individual Sessions)

FOR AGES: 15& Up GRADES: 9TH-COLLEGE 

This 3-week training programs focus on advancing weightlifting techniques to elevate a player's game performance. systematically building on existing skills from the PROGRESSION program, emphasizing strength, agility, and power. The goal is to optimize athletic capabilities, ensuring players not only excel during competition but also prioritize effective recovery strategies. By progressively enhancing weightlifting skills and incorporating recovery protocols, athletes can consistently perform at their peak, minimizing the risk of injuries and maximizing overall game impact.

The Overall Player (Sports Performance Training for Advanced High School/Collegiate athletes) ages 15 & Up

The evaluation process will test physical readiness and help tailor a personalized exercise program for an individual that will provide baseline data for tracking progress over time.

In Person Fitness Evaluation

This session focuses on enhancing flexibility, reducing muscle tightness, and aiding in recovery after intense training or games. Athletes will engage in a series of dynamic and static stretches designed to promote blood flow, improve range of motion, and prevent injury. The session will also include recovery techniques to help the body repair and rejuvenate. Ideal for athletes looking to maintain peak performance and prepare for the next phase of training.

Stretch and Recovery Session

FOR AGES: 8-11 GRADES: 3RD-5TH
5 week program one session a week.  Youth athletes will gain a competitive advantage, learn important techniques to optimize your performance in a fun and creative way! They will develop and grow with a small group of 4 or less with like minded kids to enhance your sports performance. Athletes focus on success within a group setting, push each other and as a result get stronger together. Let's get faster, stronger and better.

Foundation (Youth Development Training for beginners) ages 8-11

If you want personalized feedback to fine tune skills that will enhance your overall performance.  I suggest this individualized session which focuses on refining technique to address specific weakness so that you can continuously improve.

A sports performance team training session for 12-20 athletes focuses on enhancing overall physical development through a structured and dynamic approach.

Team Performance Training

Our Athletic Performance Training Program for June and July offers an intensive, 8-session summer designed to elevate athletes' skills and fitness. Held twice weekly, this program focuses on enhancing strength, speed, agility, and overall athleticism.
